The City of Hagerstown and the Downtown Movement are partnering to bring the first in a series of Pop-Up Shop events to downtown Hagerstown the weekend of August 22nd - 24th. The vision is for visitors to be immersed in a bustling, vibrant City Center filled with shops, restaurants and galleries. As we grow the Pop-Up Event and bring permanent retail downtown, tell us what you'd like to see offered.
