The Hub City 100 Miler is a community challenge that inspires and motivates people to stay active in the winter months through various forms of physical activity. The goal is to log 100 miles of activity in 100 days between January 7th through April 16th. You can log your miles by walking, running or biking the actual 100 miles. The other option is to move your body your way - dancing, yoga, kickboxing, karate, shoveling snow, you name it - 20 minutes of physical activity equals one mile.
