It's coming!!! The City of Hagerstown is partnering with the Downtown Movement to host a holiday Pop-up Shop event. The weekend of November 21st, 22nd and 23rd store fronts downtown will be filled with fun gifts, friends and holiday cheer. Because you helped make the first pop-up event so successful, there will be a special encore weekend November 28th & 29th in support of Small Business Saturday.
