The Highlight Hagerstown Awards are designed to show appreciation for those who have worked hard to beautify their residential or commercial property within City limits. Nominate people who have made facade improvements or made upgrades to landscaping and trees, window boxes or flower beds and gardens. All improvements must be visible from public streets. Winners will be recognized by the Mayor and City Council during their regular session in late August and will receive $25 in City Center Dollars. Nominate by posting a photo below.
